“Quite simply the best online plant shop I’ve come across. The first sign of how committed to customer service they are was before they dispatched the order, they sent me photos of the calathea network saying it wasn’t up to their usual standards so I could either say no or have it with a 15% discount. This came with accompanying photos. As far as I could see there was very little wrong with it. I think I have learned that the quality of online plant shops is how quickly they respond to emails(within a couple of hours) and how well wrapped the plants are on delivery. These quite simply were amazingly wrapped. Absolutely secure. 2 weeks later all the plants are blooming, no signs of shock etc. I could not be more pleased and will certainly be using them again.”

“I received a beautiful tall indoor plant, which was exactly as described but even taller. I received, prior to receiving the plant, notification stating that the plant was 35 cm taller than expected, and whether I was happy about it or not. I found this extremely caring from Hortology and placed a different order a few days later for copper hanging pots. I cannot comment on those as I have yet to receive them! “Ordered the wrong pots for the plants I had ordered. Your customer service team contacted me to check if they were meant for the plants I had purchased. They were and they amended my order. Packaging was extremely good and plants arrived in fabulous condition. Pots and plants matched description and look beautiful in my lounge. Will definitely order again. Thank you”

“The plant pots I bought were not quite the right colour so I wanted to return them. The return process was not straightforward and I would have paid more in postage than I paid for the items so I just kept them. Will not purchase from you again.”

“Really nice pots but the sizing on the website for both pots (from separate collections) were not accurate, so I’d be careful if you’re wishing to purchase specific sized pots.”

Pot sizes can vary to some extent due to their handmade nature but the sizes provided should always be there or thereabouts.
