“Beautiful Cocos Nucifera in beautiful condition. The height of the plant was unexpectedly tall, which will immediately create the look I am looking for in my grandson’s room. He will be overwhelmed as it is what he requested for his birthday. Thank you Hortology.”

“I chose a plant, it was delivered well without fuss, and the recipient loves it, not sure its quite as tall as I ordered but arrived in very good health. I would use this company again. They were helpful as I had missed sending it to the correct address, this was quickly amended for me.”

“I was very impressed with the product and the information provided on the website. Once I’d placed the order I was worried it might not arrive on time so sent an email to check. “Everything about my experience with Hortology was excellent. Placed the order over a weekend and realised that I wouldn't be at home on the likely delivery date. Dropped customer service a message, which they responded to immediately on Monday morning and they arranged despatch accordingly. Received the plant and pot on the day expected. Great packaging ensuring both plant and pot arrived with no damage. The plant arrived in fantastic condition and,most importantly, my wife is delighted.”

“A very professional and helpful service. My Howea forsteriana - Kentia Palm at 1.6m was a large plant and it was well wrapped but sadly one stem of the plant must have suffered some sort of damage as it looks like it is dying unfortunately. (Hence 4 rather than 5 stars) However hopefully the plant will still look good. I was extremely impressed with their email service with my questions being answered very quickly and very clearly.”

“I was very happy with my experience with Hortology. The plant arrived in excellent condition and was also sold at a very good price. It’s not a criticism but I think the box packaging was a bit on the large side. It was a tall cactus plant I ordered, but I think the box could have been half the size it was, but that said my plant was well packed and protected and arrived in excellent condition. Ian 😀”

Very occasionally things do go wrong with delivery partners and as you know we immediately resolved this with you as soon as you made us aware of the issue, offering you the choice of a replacement plant or a full refund. We subsequently provided you with a full refund for your order.
