“I have used Hortology for a very long time without issue but, recently, I had an issue wth a plant I bought some time ago but Hotology were quick to respond to my photos and emails and agreed speedily to repalce the plant for me. The replacement arrived in excellent condition by Priority Dispatch and I am more than happy both with the new plant and the way in which Hortology dealt with my difficulty. I would have no hesitation in recommending them, both for quality of merchandise and for customer service.”

“Handsome pair of plants and almost identical which was what I wanted. The delivery man was also very helpful bringing them to the 6th floor by stair as our lift was out of order. As the Dracaene were quite an investment it would have been helpful to have notes on watering/exposure to sunlight etc. but i'm very peased overall.”

“The plant saucer is exactly what I needed for a larger patio pot. I like the sloping edges that allow for any overfowing water. I will definately use this supplier again.”

“Both plants came in healthy, in good condition and well prerserved. My delivery date fell on a subzero temp, so they have postponed it till it was safe for the plants to travel, very considerate! Thank you!”

“Nice pot. Quite pricey and took over two weeks to deliver, and they offered me a 10% discount as there was some minor damage. Giving 4 stars despite this, because the pot is what I was looking for and I couldn’t find it anywhere else. I appreciated being offered the discount as the small imperfection is easily hidden from view.”

“Good product - but I thought the delivery was very slow until I discovered the sodden package hidden by the corner of my house in a flower bed. Luckily, the Citrus feed is in a plastic bottle So is unaffected.”
