“Plant and pot arrived in great condition - sent as a gift, which the recipient was thrilled with. Customer services were incredibly helpful in letting me know I had picked the wrong size pot for my order and helping me get it fixed without delaying the order. Highly recommended, will use this company again!”

“I ordered a Christmas cactus and succulent repotting mix for my aloe vera plants. Both the aloe vera plants and the cactus are doing wonderfully (4 months later). Very happy, I will use Hortology again for plant-related purchases.”

“If I could give you more than 5 stars, I would !! Shona has helped me a lot with my questions and helped order my plant from the supplier as I wanted two but there was only one available. I appreciate it.. I've never ordered plants online. They were packed beautifully- no damage, the driver was really nice too! Is there anything you guys are NOT good at? I have recommended Hortology to my friends and family. This is my 'go to' place for plants now. My plants are healthy and happy, purifying my bedroom air for me to sleep easy. Thank you Hortology.”

We are sorry to hear you didn't think our delivery communication was great, looking back your order was placed on a Friday afternoon and we aren't open weekends. Your order was then dispatched on the Monday and delivered the next day. Once dispatched we email the shipment notification email which has the tracking number and courier info on. “Good sized plant. Carefully packed and protected. Delivered safely and in good time and condition. Only negative is that I think some of their pots are a bit too expensive. Still my go-to store for houseplants etc. Recommended.”
