“Customer service were so helpful, & went out of their way to ensure I was happy. The plants when they arrived were amazing, healthy, strong vigorous in perfect condition, I was truly amazed. “Unfortunately this was disappointing. The plant was tiny, dry and shriveled and the pot ordered according to the dimensions on the website was too big. The sad plant is dead after three weeks and the pot is empty.”

We recommend a pot with a 9.5cm opening for the plant you purchased, however the pot on your order has an opening of 11.5cm so much larger? “I ordered a smaller pot (Evi - which happens to be my nickname too!) which I loved for an orchid plant. Then I needed a larger pot for a new indoor plant so ordered my namesake again in a larger size. I love the colouring and texture of the pot. And the service from Hortology was incredibly efficient! I'd happily order again.”
