It would have been 5* as the plant is perfect, well formed and super healthy.
However the experience was let down by the packaging, whilst well secured in the box there was no consideration for the retention of the compost, which was bone dry, and since the box had clearly been upside down at some point was more in the bag than the pot. Fortunately delivery was swift so no harm done just a slightly messy job of washing the plant and re-repotting.
