“Very impressed witht the team at Hortology. Their customer serice was excellent. Befroe they sent out my order, they pointed out some small defects (which i could barely see) in the pots i bought, and offered me a partial refund for the damage. When the pots arrived, they looked great. The Hortology guys didn't have to point anyting out to me, but their honesty was excellent. I'll be using them again in the future”

“I was unsure about ordering plants through the mail - would the quality be good? would they be damaged? Both plants were well packed and in great shape. Actually, I would say they were perfect! I'll definately use Hortology again.”
