We are a little confused as to why you have left us with a 1 star review on January 19th in regards to an order which is not expected to be completed and with you until February 15th?

“The website is set out very well. I found what I was looking for quickly. The items I purchased were cheaper than anywhere else I could find online (and I looked extensively). The items arrived via next-day Royal Mail special delivery; they were protected extremely well by both the inner and outer packaging, and were perfect. I would happily shop again with Hilliers Jewellers, and highly recommend them on the service I was provided with.”

“Got a very good Xmas Deal on a Mondaine Watch and arrived in excellent packing within 3days. very happy with the item. I also called them just to reconfirm the tracking reference which was supposed to be shared by PostOffice but did not receive it somehow, they are very responsive and patiently checked for me on the line. Very happy with the item and their service! Will purchase from them again for sure”

“Bought a Bulova lunar pilot blue panda version 20% of list price excellent delivery and excellent price, little disappointed as it looks like it’s ex display as tags were loose, polythene protection on bracelet was missing and no manual in box though guarantee card was there and some internal wrapping missing, but overall great service and time line, would have been 5 stars if all stuff was there as watch is great and price great Wood definatly use Hilliers again”

“This is a review about warranty repair rather than a new purchase. Great customer service from my initial enquiry to receiving the watch back fixed. Speedy reply to any e-mails and an accurate estimate of the time it would take Seilko to complete the job. Very pleased, would definitely use Hilliers for future purchases based on this experience. 👍”
