“Bought a Bulova lunar pilot blue panda version 20% of list price excellent delivery and excellent price, little disappointed as it looks like it’s ex display as tags were loose, polythene protection on bracelet was missing and no manual in box though guarantee card was there and some internal wrapping missing, but overall great service and time line, would have been 5 stars if all stuff was there as watch is great and price great Wood definatly use Hilliers again”

“Service ,delivery all good along with price ..however the watch I purchased a casio g shock is overly complicated to set the time on.The handbook supplied from carsio is pretty much pointless.”

“Bought a watch from Hilliers as a gift for a family member's 21st. Impressed with the watch itself (better in person), the swift delivery and the price (competitive and legitimate). Would buy from them again. I would have liked a document (even a PDF. via email) from Hillier's to explain how the warranty card/guarantee works etc. if something were to happen to the item. Thanks for your service.”

“Excellent personal service. The watch was good value. Only downside was a lengthy delivery time but not the fault of the company (poor postal service) but, as I mentioned to them, a better/quicker carrier would help! A recommended company!”

“I can't comment on how good this watch is at this early stage as it was a gift to my wife who hasn't worn it as yet, but she does like it very much, enough said. Alas therefore I can't comment on how good Hilliers were at this time.”

“Purchased a Seiko automatic watch on a NATO strap at a reasonable sale price, and then a Seiko discount, so overall a good price. Strap wasn't stitched into the right position imo, Hillier's looked at the issue, but said all straps were similar, so I think it's a design flaw.”
