Communication and delivery was excellent. The digital image is absolutely amazing but the heart pendant itself is extremely thin and the craftsmanship of the part the loop goes through looks flimsy. I had to take it to the jewellery Quarters in Birmingham to have the loop soldered as it wasn’t connected (circled in picture). It is a nice idea but for the price the heart is wafer thin and if I had known I would have had 1 made in the jewellery Quarters as when the jeweller asked the price he nearly fell over and showed me what I could have got. 1 last thing it also isn’t hallmarked.

My order was despatched very quickly on the 8th December but here we are on the 17th and It still hasn't been delivered.

I ordered a personalised digital engraved pendant. Pendant was absolutely beautiful upon arrival, only I was a little disappointed. As i expected a little more with the price I paid… The pendant itself wasn’t sent out with any gift bag or anything covering the pendant it’s self. Except for the cheap box it arrived in. It could easily be mistaken for a pair of ear rings. This being a gift for somebody else, I am going to have to spend out yet again, to make it look presentable. This is why you should never order online I suppose, because if I had purchased it else where. A little more thought would of gone in to it. Would like to just mention Lewis who was excellent, in getting back to me with any questions I had.

Hi Leanne, I’m terribly sorry to hear this. The pendant should have been sent in a protective sealed bag during transit my apologies that this was not sent out in as it should. I have also reached out to you via email regarding the gift box to see if we have anything more suitable for you.

Watch not recieved, it was apoar8swnt the day after I ordered it. It is now 9 days since I ordered it and have not recieved a tracking number from Royal Mail. I have emailed Hilliers, but not had a reply. I have tried to make contact via the online form however my message will not send. So I cannot rate the watch as I do not have it. I imagine that this is an issue mainly with Royal Mail, however it would be nice if the Jewellers would send me a confirmation email to let me know they are looking into the whereabouts of my item

Great price and quick delivery. I was thinking of returning my watch and when emailed asking how, got a very short sharp email back, so that the reason why only 3 stars otherwise would of been 5. So brilliant price and delivery, shame after care.

Ordered this weeks ago and still hasnt arrived. Have emailed and am still waiting for the arrival of it.

The watch was well priced and great value. I was a bit disappointed in the way it arrived. The box of the watch was torn and inside- the actual watch, the container and pillow- were dusty. I had to clean it all before gifting. The receiver loved the gift.

Unfortunately I haven't recieved my purchase yet as there is a problem with my delivery. Upon letting Hilliers know they did get in touch very quickly to let me know they are looking into it so I am pleased with that and I'm sure it will be resolved soon
