“I purchased a Seiko watch which was at a good price, the watch was posted on the same day as the order and arrived on time. The watch was well packaged and in perfect condition when unwrapped. A very efficient and easy process”

“I can only give 4 stars at this time. My wife, daughter and son have bought me a Tissot Seastar 1000 Chronograph Watch T1204171109101 for my 60th birthday which is in a couple of weeks time. As far as service is concerned, despatch was quick, the value was very competitive especially with the discount on offer. My wife assures me the package is undamaged, the only concern was Royal Mail left the package on the doorstep, just with a knock on the door. Fortunately my wife was downstairs at the time, but she didn't sign for the package and no sign of the delivery man. A bit careless for a £500 watch. Can't wait to get the watch for my birthday.”

“I ordered on line from Hilliers a divers watch. It came on time, they gave ma a tracking number and kept in touch till the watch arrived. Very professional in al my dealings with them. My grandson is coming of age soon and I have no qualms about buying a watch for him from Hilliers. One very happy customer.”

“We recently bought a watch on line from Hillier. We spoke to a member of staff who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful emailing us an in-depth video of how to operate the watch and the wrist band. The watch was sent by special delivery and we received it the following day. We would highly recommend Hillier Jewellers to family and friends.”

“I discovered Hilliers about three years ago and the company is now one of my default UK Watch suppliers. The prices are favourable, communication is excellent, and delivery time is superfast. My most recent purchase was a Citizen Promaster Tough Titanium - it is superb, and Hilliers' price was the best. I have no hesitation in recommending Hilliers.”

“Amazing. I purchased a citizen promaster titanium . The watch was £100 cheaper than any other online retailer. I ordered the watch at 4 P.M and received the watch 9:30 the following morning having paid for next day delivery. Well done Hilliers . Really pleased”

“The watch arrived very promptly and was lovely. Unfortunately my wife has a very tiny wrist and the stainless steel strap was too big. I contacted Hilliers asking if I could purchase a leather strap that I could swap out and they said no problem and suggested I choose a couple of different coloured straps which they sent out at no extra cost - brilliant customer service and my wife is delighted.”
