“I ordered a watch for a Christmas present and for some reason I ended up with the wrong watch and another customer ended up with mine! My order was time sensitive and the correct watch had not yet been returned. Adam Hillier went out if his way to ensure he located the same watch from another store (as he no longer had this in stock). He not only sourced the watch I wanted - but paid the additional cost as this was more expensive. What a great customer service and he kept in constant contact with me throughout. Hilliers restored my faith in TRUE customer service and I will definitely order from them again. Excellent company!!”

“I had taken a good while on a design, I'm very fussy so wanted something different. The strap and overall look of the watch appealed to me so decided to buy and it was on offer. However I was somewhat underwhelmed when I received it, I guess I just wanted to be wowed by it but I felt it seemed somewhat small on my wrist and not as big faced I'd hoped for. The quality of light gray leather strap is lovely. In the end I liked it but didnt love it enough. The hands didnt illuminate either which I'd read they're supposed to, which made me think faulty. Really disappointed as I thought this would be perfect for me. Sadly I returned for a refund. Back to the drawing board.”

“Took a watch back that I purchased for Christmas for a my mum which she didnt like. Exchanged for one she did like at a fantastic price as well! Nothing was to much trouble and the staff couldnt do enough for you. Fantastic family jeweller's wouldn't hesistate to shop here again. Chris Darlington”

“Item delivered within a very short time as stated - well packaged too. Only observation is that the item bought was shown and described as a men's leather bracelet - twice round wrist - and yet the labelling on the gift box 'Necklace' ....so had a bit of explaining to do rather than just wrap and gift the item. Otherwise all ok”
