“I was very pleased with the help received whilst ordering an engraved gold pendent. Right from the start my e-mail, about the item, was answered quickly (even though it was a bank holiday). And throughout the process was kept informed on all production stages and eventually the dispatch and delivery date. So have no hesitation to recommend Hilliers to anyone, in fact I already have! “Ordered my pendant on Boxing Day, but didn’t realise the workshop was closed until January. When I rang, Tom was very helpful. It arrived last week and I am absolutely delighted with it. The craftsmanship is amazing. I’ll treasure it forever!!”
