“Got my watch quite quickly (would’ve been faster but Royal Mail strikes wasn’t their fault) and the watch came with a return slip which i greatly appreciate as it shows that they prioritise customer satisfaction. And their price was significantly lower than any other site i checked, with no added fees.”

“Well packed. Included all documents. Only disappointment was no free links taken out as an option. I don't have the tool. Nice watch. Good sale price. Unfortunately the bezel is out of alignment slightly. A common seiko qc issue apparently. I can over look this as it's a handsome watch. Rolex lookalike. The retailer itself is a very good one. Thank you.”

“I ordered a personalised digital engraved pendant. Pendant was absolutely beautiful upon arrival, only I was a little disappointed. As i expected a little more with the price I paid… The pendant itself wasn’t sent out with any gift bag or anything covering the pendant it’s self. Except for the cheap box it arrived in. It could easily be mistaken for a pair of ear rings. This being a gift for somebody else, I am going to have to spend out yet again, to make it look presentable. This is why you should never order online I suppose, because if I had purchased it else where. A little more thought would of gone in to it. Would like to just mention Lewis who was excellent, in getting back to me with any questions I had.”

Hi Leanne, I’m terribly sorry to hear this. The pendant should have been sent in a protective sealed bag during transit my apologies that this was not sent out in as it should. I have also reached out to you via email regarding the gift box to see if we have anything more suitable for you.

“Good afternoon. A huge thank you for your excellent service following my order placed at 9:16 Monday 3rd October 2022. The watch was safely delivered by our local Royal Mail postman at 11:00 am Wednesday 5th October 2022 in excellent and well packed condition. I am delighted with my choice; I wore it that same afternoon and it felt very comfortable and impressive, I am looking forward to much more future use. Your competitive pricing was much appreciated as well as the speed with which the watch was dispatched and thanks to Royal Mail, quickly delivered.
