“Watch not recieved, it was apoar8swnt the day after I ordered it. It is now 9 days since I ordered it and have not recieved a tracking number from Royal Mail. I have emailed Hilliers, but not had a reply. I have tried to make contact via the online form however my message will not send. So I cannot rate the watch as I do not have it. I imagine that this is an issue mainly with Royal Mail, however it would be nice if the Jewellers would send me a confirmation email to let me know they are looking into the whereabouts of my item”

“I have bought from Hillier's previously but on this occasion the watch did not suit me at all. However the returns and refund was dealt with immediately with no problems at all. Nothing wrong with the watch but a little too small for me.”

“Bought a watch from Hilliers as a gift for a family member's 21st. Impressed with the watch itself (better in person), the swift delivery and the price (competitive and legitimate). Would buy from them again. I would have liked a document (even a PDF. via email) from Hillier's to explain how the warranty card/guarantee works etc. if something were to happen to the item. Thanks for your service.”
