Pleasantly surprised with after sales customer support! I initially purchased a watch that I really liked but way too big when I tried it on. I contacted them to say that I will returning the watch but would like to purchase my option 2. They promptly replied and assisted. I now have my first automatic Seiko watch. With my naivety about automatic watch, I did not wear regularly as it is not my main watch so it stopped working. Contacted Hilliers again and they promptly replied and assisted. My takeaway is that they promptly reply and help. One happy customer :o)
