“Exceptional service rarely received sadly these days! First found item on line (silver bangle) - had a query regarding weight of silver, so sent a message. Received telephone reply back with 12 hours and proceeded to order item on line …it was a 70th birthday present … Rotal Mail actually managed to deliver within 48 hours. Package was beautifully wrapped and Silver bangle as EXACTLY what the recipient ….ME …. Wanted ! Hersey outdid every stall In Portobello Road and several at Silver Vaults !! Well done and thank you from this v happy and spoilt 70 year old”

“I cannot recommend Hersey & Son highly enough. From the moment I placed my order, the whole experience was exceptional. The quality of the silver chains and the St Christopher pendant is simply beautiful. They have a timeless elegance and are clearly crafted with great care and attention to detail. They feel like pieces that will be treasured for many years. What really impressed me was the outstanding customer service and incredibly fast delivery. My son was due to leave for the United States, and I was worried the gift might not arrive in time. Thanks to Hersey & Son's prompt dispatch, it arrived exactly when I needed it to, allowing me to give him his St Christopher before he began his new adventure. The gift meant so much to him.
