“Exceptional service rarely received sadly these days! First found item on line (silver bangle) - had a query regarding weight of silver, so sent a message. Received telephone reply back with 12 hours and proceeded to order item on line …it was a 70th birthday present … Rotal Mail actually managed to deliver within 48 hours. Package was beautifully wrapped and Silver bangle as EXACTLY what the recipient ….ME …. Wanted ! Hersey outdid every stall In Portobello Road and several at Silver Vaults !! Well done and thank you from this v happy and spoilt 70 year old”

“I love my Cross necklace, it was exactly what I was looking for. No too big or small, just the right size & I like the offset cross design as I wasn't looking for a 'dangly' necklace. The bracelet is lovely as well, but I didn't realise it was a 'friendship' clasp (I probably should have read the description more carefully, I only saw that it was adjustable) & I'm finding it can be a pain as the chain can knot itself up when wearing. Having said that, I think the quality of the jewellery is good, the service was 1st class, well packaged & promptly despatched and I won't hesitate to purchase further items. Thank you :-)”
