“The chain is very beautiful and amazing quality. Chunky but lighter than it looks. The clasp however is awful, I broke a nail trying to get it on. I also had to ask a random person on the street to put it on for me it wasn’t cooperating at all. Please use this feedback to try and improve the clasp otherwise a perfectly good chain.”

“Easy to order and delivery was on time. One suggestion: item was wrapped in lovely tissue paper but it was stuck down. In order to check the item was undamaged and exactly what I ordered I had to almost destroy the paper.”

“Very pleased with the ordering and delivery, however I was disappointed with the stone in the necklace. It was supposed to be a ruby but the colour was more like amathyist. This was a gift for my daughters birthday and her birthstone is Ruby.”

“The magnifying glass was very pleasing. The only criticism that I have is your site is misleading in that it offers a 15% discount to first time buyers. Perhaps you would like to correct this. Otherwise I am pleased with my transaction. Thank you.”

“The sterling silver salt mill is wonderful but due to the poor gift wrapping, at a cost of £10, I can only give a 4 star review. Still, next time, I will opt to gift wrap the parcel myself in which case perhaps a 5 star review would result. Comparisons are invidious, but the gift wrapping by Wentworth jigsaw puzzles uses plenty of elegant wrapping paper, (Hersey's wrapping paper barely covered the object), a generous ribbon with a beautiful bow (Hersey had no ribbon at all), and a formal gift card ( Hersey had no gift card) and so all in all Hersey gift wrapping was a disappointment ... even though the object was stupendous.”

We do not charge for gift wrapping and offer this service free of charge, we simply wrap the order in silver coloured paper. If a gift card is requested we are always happy to handwrite a gift card and send with the order. Generally this service is used by customers wishing to send a gift direct to the recipient.
