“The cufflinks are very nice and well made, if I have one criticism it is the packaging which for a gift is a bit underwhelming and takes away from the glamour and quality of the cufflinks.”

“I have always been impressed with the items I have received from Hersey. However the latest purchase was a Birthstone bracelet which I found to be a very fine chain and not sure how long it will last. For £45 I think it should be more substantial. Although I did get a 15% discount which was a special offer!”

“Lovely little matching necklace & earrings set, nice and tiny. Chain too fine and delicate, needs to be stronger, would easily snap if not careful. Gift box & inside foam def needs upgraded. Very tiny, rubbish foam inside for holding jewellery down. Earrings bouncing round box as foam is not dense enough to keep them in. Miscommunication with delivery of items, only received necklace after payment of both items together. Had to email to correct this error, earrings eventually posted out. Would like to buy from again, but all things considered, probably won't.”

“Easy to order and prompt delivery. Nice initial necklace and chain, but as ordered for a man, I would have preferred a chunkier chain. Good service, so would try again for something else.”
