“The service and product excellent but the engraving is very small and I am a little disappointed that I had an option to engrave on centre disc as it really is too small.”

“Hello, The i.d. tag I received was very nice. It is a good size and very light. The only criticism I have is that the tag arrived with a tiny black speck just below the engraving and to the left. I was able to polish it out with some effort.”

“The item - a napkin hook, was lovely:well made, good quality silver etc. The order was prepared and delivered promptly. Perhaps too quickly though: the monogramming though fine and well executed was engraved using the wrong typeface. More care should be taken.”

“I’ve never used your website before so was really pleased with the gift for my niece. I especially like the fact that it came in a little gift box with a cloth little details like that make a difference, I’ve been reliably informed that (as I didn’t se the item) it’s “absolutely beautiful” so I’ll take that as positive feedback!”

“Cufflinks are beautiful and arrived extremely promptly. Had to be returned because the engraving was incorrect, but this was fixed the next day and I was refunded the cost of the return delivery. Hasn't put me off using Hersey & Son, and I've bought two more pieces, both of which have been quick and perfect.”
