“Always good service. I was a little disappointed this time with the engraving on the back of the silver key ring as it seemed very small. The actual key ring was nice though.”

“Unfortunately I ordered wrong size bracelet and it was too small so I emailed and was told what to do with returns, I payed for signed return which said it would be delivered by 1 pm next day but by 10-30am next morning my money was back in my account, amazing not usually that quick, no messing many thanks”

“The bracelet is stunning and exactly what my wife wanted. But I asked for and paid for a secret message to be inscribed. When my wife opened it on Christmas Day this was missing, she did not know it was supposed to be there so loved it, but I was very disappointed”

“I have used you a coupe of times to buy birthday presents, specifically bracelets. Both times there has been an issue with me getting the size wrong and you have always sorted this out with an alternaitve or refund if required. Easy to do business with and woudl thoroughly recommend.”
