“I have purchased 2 necklaces and 1 key ring . ( st Christophers ) speedy delivery. The pendants were both beautifully crafted with a inscription on the back . Each different. The key ring also inscribed perfectly. Also included silver clean cloth, the brand ( silversmith, beautifully boxed . Made such good gifts to family . Top marks for from order to delivery. “Not given to my son yet, however he tried it on and absolutely loves it! Easy ordering process delivery was within stated time frame, and lady I emailed before ordering was lovely and helpful even though she quickly realised I was no good at math (enquired about weight of bracelet 🤣) sure she had a good giggle at my expense after though! Will definitely use again!”

“I oredered some really lovely silver items- a beautiful silver dram cup, silver chopstick rest and a pair of silver and pearl earrings. “The item I was looking for was well described and had a number of photographs. The item arrived as described and was well packaged, which arrived undamaged. I was pleasantly surprised to find each link in the chain had been soldered at the joint making it more robust. This is the second item of jewellery I have from Hersey and Son and have not been dissappointed.”

“I am so pleased with the gorgeous silver expanding bangle I bought for my granddaughter’s Christening gift. The product is beautifully made and the engraving is perfect. I made a mistake when ordering and forgot to request the engraving. I spoke to Herseys and the problem was quickly resolved with the replacement arriving the next day. Absolutely excellent service”

“I recently bought a large silver cross pendant from Hersey & Son and I couldn’t be happier with it. The quality is outstanding — it feels solid, beautifully made, and even better in person than I expected. You can really tell there’s care and craftsmanship behind their jewellery.
