“Items bought for granddaughters 18 birthday, Very disappointed with the quality of the birthday month gem stone,(July) not as shown on the website, very dull and uninspiring. Initial very small and insignificant, would not buy again from your website.”

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with the ruby gem stone, we use natural stones for our jewellery so they can vary in colour. We do not use synthetic or crystal stones. If you wish to return the birthstone to us we would offer you a refund. With many thanks Hersey Silversmiths

“Lovely piece of jewellery it’s heavy and not flimsy at all my son will love it, it’s not too big or small lovely size for a growing young man very pleased and it come very quickly also”

“Very pleased with the ordering and delivery, however I was disappointed with the stone in the necklace. It was supposed to be a ruby but the colour was more like amathyist. This was a gift for my daughters birthday and her birthstone is Ruby.”

“I recently purchased a peridot pendant and silver chain as a 21st birthday present. It took some time yo find exactly what I was looking for and the item I purchased was spot on. As peridot is the birth stone for August I have yet to give the gift but I'm sure it will be well received. I may well be back for earings to match next year!”
