“Lovely little matching necklace & earrings set, nice and tiny. Chain too fine and delicate, needs to be stronger, would easily snap if not careful. Gift box & inside foam def needs upgraded. Very tiny, rubbish foam inside for holding jewellery down. Earrings bouncing round box as foam is not dense enough to keep them in. Miscommunication with delivery of items, only received necklace after payment of both items together. Had to email to correct this error, earrings eventually posted out. Would like to buy from again, but all things considered, probably won't.”

“I ordered a bangle as a Christmas present, it came with a dent in! I sent it back like I was asked and was promised a new one would be sent in time for Christmas. I have now spent £5 sending it back 1st class by Royal Mail, and now they aren’t replying to my emails about this issue. I have spent £130 not got what I paid for and now have no Christmas present in time!”
