“Excellent customer service. Hersey engraved incorrect fonts on a couple of the nameplates, but I received the corrected version the morning after I reported the issue.”

“The Necklace was delivered the following day after placing the order. The sign of the zodiac pendant and chain were exactly as advertised. The engraving was done precisely as requested. A small polishing cloth was included foc. My partner likes his gift very much and said he will enjoy wearing it.”
