“Purchased this lovely bar chain and birth stone for my Granddaughter's 18th Birthday. Who lives in Australia. I know she will love this as much as I do. Very neat workmanship, and the little nice touch of a silver cleaning cloth. Would certainly recommend to friends and family. Thank you Hersey & Son. I'm sure I will be purchasing from you again.”

“Wrong necklace sent. Ordered brown ended up with black. Paid for engraving, no engraving on chain. Such a shame as a 30th gift. No response to e mail. Phone lines closed”

“Good quality hammered silver cuff. Price reasonable and delivery speedy. Presentation of item lovely, box is plush and the silver cloth is a lovely touch. Perhaps it needed modelling on a real person to achieve a better shape that does not rotate, but overall impressed with the product.”
