“The bangle is beautiful. I have given only 4 stars as online when I ordered it, it said “in stock”. However this was not the case and I had a phone call to say that it would take 3 weeks. It came exactly 3 weeks later Update your website for 5 stars!”

“Silver napkin ring. Recently purchased with engraved name. Fast efficient service. Beautiful engraving and gift wrapping/ presentation. Only minor issue that the hallmarks were still embedded with a flux like substance that I will need to clean out somehow.”

“Was a great service really only reason I give 4 not 5 stars is that there was no order tracking facility on their website, sure you could call them but I would have preferred to see what the status was online. The rest was smooth as silk.”

“Relatively hassle-free purchase. My granddaughter's jewellery arrived promptly and she was pleased with it. “Excellent Customer Service!was delivered day after i ordered it. Lovely packaging. One small thing, packaged so beautifully i didnt want to spoil it by undoing it, to look at the engraving, as it is a gift. Im sure it will be fine but i would have liked to look at it before i gave to the recipient.”
