“I used Hersey & Son to order a silver wine coaster as a gift for an employee who was retiring. The service and the product were exceptional - I had it engraved and Hersey turned it round really quickly. The lettering was beautifully done, and the coaster came beautifully packaged. I would throughly recommend them”

“We ordered a solid silver wine coaster with an inscription added. We were delighted with the quality when it arrived - entirely consisitent with the description and illustrations on the website - and were also very impressed with the speed of dispatch. As an intended present, we were also very pleased with the packaging and presentation, commensurate with the quality of the item. It is good that the firm should be thriving in the current challenging retail market, and we would not hesitate to use it again. 5 stars all round.”
