“Was very pleased with the napkin hook I ordered. It arrived within a couple of days and was beautifully packed with a small cleaning cloth included. It was ordered as a birthday present for someone and I know they're going to love it. Would definitely use Hersey & Son again.”

“All very good so far. I ordered two wine bottle coasters. The first ones to arrive were a little small for what I wanted, so I ordered the larger ones and they are beautiful- great quality. I am now waiting for my refund from Hersey for the first coasters which I have returned. Hope this arrives in my bank account fairly soon.”

“Hersey gave exceptional customer service . My original order, I needed to be engraved and send very quickly to get delivered for my son’s 18th birthday . It came the next day but was stolen from my porch . When I called Hersey to see how I could rectify quickly they were really helpful . The hammered bangle looked just as I was expecting . I will definitely use Hersey again .”
