“I ordered a set of silver pepper and salt mills for my nephew's wedding and a set of silver cufflings for my grandson. The process was very simple and very smooth. My questions were answered with no delay. The whole process from ordering to home delivery did not exceed 4 working days including personalised engraving which was a great surprise. I am very satisfied with the experience and strongly recommend Hersey.”

“Lovely quality bracelet but I ordered a large and couldn’t get it on my wrist. I wanted a large so there would be movement but unfortunately I will be returning. Disappointing.”

“I am delighted with the silver egg cup - a handsome Christening gift, with name engraved. Everything about this speaks of craft and care - the elegant cup, the engraving, the box, tissue, drawstring bag and cleaning cloth - all perfect. “I don't normally write reviews. But the service from Hersey was exceptional. I ordered an engraved napkin ring and as it was despatched within a day I thought that there must be a mistake or not engraved. It turned up exquisite and engraved. Brilliant, thank you so much.”
