“The bangle I ordered is for my daughter’s birthday in June and I think she will love it. It is beautifully made and presented nicely. It was very easy to buy online and arrived quickly. Packaged well but no unnecessary packaging so good for environment.”

“I purchased a silver bangle for my partner with engraving. It arrived wonderfully packaged (ordered the gift bag as well) and the bangle itself, along with the engraving, was beautiful. The hammered effect, weight and overall quality exceeded my expectations. Really stunning! Unfortunately I wasn’t sure of her size and ordered the 65MM, which was a little big. I contacted customer support and they were absolutely superb, explaining the options for exchange and following up immediately with any other questions I had. The return was simple and the delivery of the new 62MM bangle very quick, with an email to follow to let me know it had been despatched. The quality of the bangle coupled with the superlative customer support, which is so rare these days, means I would not hesitate to recommend and will be sure to buy more from them. Ten out of ten!”

“Items are beautifully well made. Wore my bracelet once and received a compliment within hours of being outside (Literally, not joking). Will be recommending to my fellow blokes who wear silver. Customer service were very responsive and understanding when I had to get a return and replacement.”

“My daughter purchased a bangle from here and was really pleased with it so as it’s her 40th this year I wanted to get her another one. She chose a chunkier one this time and I had it engraved. At the time of ordering thought it was rather expensive but was pleasantly surprised on delivery as it is quite substantial so worth the money. Delivery was quick and the inscription is perfect so I would definitely recommend as these are quality items. You get what you pay for”

The jewelry arrived so very quickly,but unfortunately although the piece was beautiful and exactly what we were looking for ,the fit was not quite right. Again the advice given on the phone was just what we needed and the acknowledgement of the return was spot on and prompt. I would recommend Hersey to anyone looking to buy a quality piece of jewelry and am sure we shall be returning.”
