“We ordered a replacement heating timer, which the first time failed to work, but the returns process was quick and easy to arrange and the new unit was quickly dispatched. All working now, though the electrician fitting it had a few choice swearwords about it at the time.”

“They were so efficient and weary good dbut they are using Fed EX as delivery company - they were chaotic ! Till late at night the tracking info told me they would deliver by 12 noon! The next day all info vanished and then suddenly the item was delivered in the afternoon and it was pure luck I was in.”
