“Having never heard of this company before I was a bit unsure about ordering from them. Added to that was the fact that the price was incredibly low - less than half that from other online retailers. But their reviews were good and the price SO low I thought I'd give them a try - despite needing the part PDQ. I placed the order then emailed their customer services department for confirmation of delivery timescale and if tracking could be provided. They responded promptly and politely and even changed delivery destination last minute so I could be sure to be in to sign. It arrived next morning before 10am and I received emails and SMS messages informing me of when it would be delivered. It works perfectly and is the exact part I wanted. Absolutely perfect buying experience!”

“I found the website easy to use, the price was considerably cheaper then the other sites I viewed, the overall service was great and was kept informed of delivery at regular intervals (email and text) right up to the time it was delivered during the time slot that was allocated.
