“I wanted a very quick delivery of a base unit for a smart fit heating system. Ordered 3pm Friday and arrived on Saturday at 10.40am yes it cost £12.00 delivery, but it was for a family with a very young baby. They had no heating or hot water and to compound things no immersion heater fitted either... Will use again thanks”

“I ordered a central heating controls pack on a Thursday and requested the reasonably priced 'express delivery' which meant that I had the product in my hands by the following Monday lunchtime. I fitted all components as per instructions. However, the valve actuator emitted a squealing noise at the ends of it's travel. I emailed Heating Controls Online and they despatched a replacement the same day without me having to return the faulty one first. I'm very happy with the service they provided and will use them again and recommend to them others.”

“Received sealant really quick, was very easy to use and worked straight away. Our system needed topping up every day, had 2 plumbers inspect the whole system but could not find any leaks anywhere so we are very pleased with the result.”
