“I found the website easy to use, the price was considerably cheaper then the other sites I viewed, the overall service was great and was kept informed of delivery at regular intervals (email and text) right up to the time it was delivered during the time slot that was allocated. “The price was competitive, and delivery was very quick although l did use Express Delivery. The only fault was with the delivery company who left the parcel on the ground in the open air when they were instructed where to leave it.”

“Ordered programmable radiator valves - paid for the premium amount for delivery but the items were delivered late. The packs ( all 6 of them) had the wrong valves enclosed. It cost me another £80 to go to the local merchants for the correct parts. I went back on to the website to get the telephone number to inform them that the valves were wrong. The number had been removed and the advice was to contact by email. Would not reccomend this company!!”

We are sorry you are dissatisfied with the service, but we would like to clarify some points. You paid for Saturday delivery, and received them on Saturday, so they were not delivered late. The driver was held up slightly and missed the original ETA, but you still received the delivery you paid for. The packs contained the valves you ordered, this was not an error on our part. Due to Staff sickness we had to temporarily remove the telephone number from the website, but if you had emailed us we would have happily swapped the valves over for you.

“Ordered a Danfoss motorised valve for Saturday delivery, communication for delivery was excellent, price was cheapest anywhere. All round great service.”

“Our Horstmann three channel controller was not functioning correctly and kept reverting to default mode every time the lights flickered. Our heating system needs a 3 channel controller (Heat, Circulator and Water) The Horstmann fits the bill and is also easy to replace as all wiring is to a separate backplate. I went on line after being quoted a substantial amount by my normal supplier. Heating controls came in at £72.00 plus VAT. standard three day postage was a further £3.50. I was very pleased to receive my controller at 11am the next day. Thirty minutes later it was installed and fully programmed. Excellent product, excellent service.”

“Thank you so much for your clear help and advice, via email, about adaptors I would need to fit the Pegler i35 timer radiator valves onto my existing TRVs. I ordered the valves (and adaptors!) on Thursday, they were delivered on Friday, and installed on Saturday. I could have got them a bit cheaper elsewhere, but I wouldn't have had your friendly and knowledgeable advice, so would not have known about the adaptors, which would have led to endless hours of frustration and anger, so I am *very* pleased I came to you.”
