“I ordered a replacement actuator for honeywell motorised valve, order was confirmed very quickly and would have been delivered next day if I had not had to rearange the delivery until after weekend. The delivery company was very proffesional alowing you to see exactly when delivery was planned and where the current location of delivery truck was. Packaging was good and OEM instructions made fitting very easy, would use again if required.”

“Bought the RF Thermostat for my 10 Year Old Baxi 105E that just had a clockwork timer on the main boiler control unit. Fitting the RF time was as described - quick and easy. We now don't waste money blasting the house with heat for 2 hours a day regardless of temperature. It now just clicks on when we really need it to keep the house at the ideal temp. For £60 a really simple and great solution!”

“Ordered a number of radiator valve heads on Sunday and paid for next day delivery but the order did not arrive until the Tuesday - so I felt I'd wasted my money as I my plumber was coming to fit them on Monday. As it is, I had to rearrange the day and I may as well have ordered ordinary rate and saved myself 4.99 :( The goods came well packaged when they did arrive.”

“Excellent service and delivery advice. Delivery was stated for a particular day but the day before, further advice was received to say that it would be delivered between 2-30 and 4-30 in the afternoon. It arrived at 2-35 on the day !!! Excellent.”
