“The service and delivery were extremely good and efficient. The only reason that I have not awarded 5 stars is that the USB programming stick software downloaded was all in German with no English translation. On bringing this to their attention they very quickly provided the correct English version by email. They were aware of this faulty software so it would have been nice if this had been provided automatically rather than waiting for the request. Overall good products and excellent service.”

“Exceptional service! Heating Controls Online kept me informed by text and e-mail, allowed a change of delivery date outside normal business hours and used a delivery service whose driver informed me by text of a delivery time 1hour slot. The part supplied was exactly as described. Can't think of anything that could have been done better.”
