“I ordered a central heating controls pack on a Thursday and requested the reasonably priced 'express delivery' which meant that I had the product in my hands by the following Monday lunchtime. I fitted all components as per instructions. However, the valve actuator emitted a squealing noise at the ends of it's travel. I emailed Heating Controls Online and they despatched a replacement the same day without me having to return the faulty one first. I'm very happy with the service they provided and will use them again and recommend to them others.”

“Received sealant really quick, was very easy to use and worked straight away. Our system needed topping up every day, had 2 plumbers inspect the whole system but could not find any leaks anywhere so we are very pleased with the result.”

“Ordered on Monday and delivered before 0830 on the Tuesday and that was normal delivery! Excellent service and 20% cheaper than I could have purchased it locally with trade discount! What more can I say. Chris Todd”

“I sent a picture of my valve and had a reply with in an hour. I ordered three TVR controllers they arrive quickly with a timed delivery slot and well packed and all this for just £2.95 delivery why can't other companies offer this service?”

“Excellent service at competitive prices. One of my orders was delivered by courier which had the best tracking system I have ever experienced. On the day, an email gave me a 1 hour slot when my parcel would be delivered and the detailed tracking showed a map with the location of the driver as each of his parcels were delivered and my location. As he got closer to me the time slot becamer shorter. Brilliant!”
