“I have downloaded the guide which is excellent for first time users and will book an appointment for new aids. I have had hearing aids for 25yrs and learnt pretty early on the 'rip off' of the high street chairs -My current Phonak crossover system was bought from a similar organisation to your own and was about 40% cheaper than the quotes of Boots, Amplifon and Specsavers. Plus the aftercare of an independent dispenser is (usually) first class -home visits for adjustments are absolutely essential, but not offered by the 'chains'. A friend of mine has just paid over £2k for Hearing aids which you list at about £1200 for two -he should not have gone to Specsavers.”

For anybody reading this review, these guys got me tested and fitted with new hearing aids within four days of me being in the UK for a 10 day business trip. That left enough time for a fine-tuning appointment that I didn't end up even needing. Great hearing aids, fast professional service. Would recommend.”
