“I returned my hearing aids within the 60 day trial period as they did not prove to be at all satisfactory - they kept falling out. I was told that I would receive my money back (almost £3,000) immediately. It is now 2 months later and I have still not received my money nor have I been able to speak to anyone with any authority to authorise my refund.”

I believe that you have us confused with a different company, we currently have no customers waiting for refunds, nor would we behave in such a manner.
