The guide gives an excellent description of the complex world of hearing aids, describing the various types available, differences in technology used and the pitfalls of buying from certain retailers. “I requested the consumer guide by telephone and I received it by e mail within a few minutes. I found the guide informative and it has certainly given me an idea of what to look for when purchasing in the future. I have NHS hearing aids and also private ones but I am not totally satisfied with either and it is possible I will be looking to buy soon.”
