“I enquired on my behalf of my grandmother and was contacted promptly by Sebastian and later Carly who were exceptional. An at home appointment was arranged with Anu and, when she was running late due to traffic, Sebastian called to let me know. When she arrived, Anu was an absolute delight; so friendly, warm, and kind, and explained everything at each stage. When my grandmother’s hearing aids were switched on for the first time, it was like a light bulb moment for her; she looked so shocked at realising what she had been missing. Anu explained the next steps and, shortly after she left, Sebastian called again to check if everything was okay and to take a deposit which was explained could be refunded after the trial period. However that is not going to happen - it’s been hours and my grandmother, and us, have seen (or heard!) such a vast improvement that the hearing aids are staying! Thank you so much again to everyone involved, we really appreciate it.”

“Mum was not getting on with her previous hearing aid, she said it was uncomfortable and it was dropped several times and broken. We approached Hearing Aid UK to get her a new hearing aid. They were friendly and helpful, gave us good advice about what might suit mum better, came to assess her, fitted the new hearing aid, and came back a couple of weeks later to check it all out, fitting a longer wire for extra convenience. Mum is wearing her new hearing aid without any issues. A job well done!”
