“Hearing Aid UK were recommended by Age UK. They act as a free introduction service to a local audiologist. They were very professional and quickly arranged an at home visit for my mum. Their website is excellent as it allows you to compare hearing aids and their functions and prices. Mums appointment was with David Peel from The Sense of Hearing. My mum was very reluctant to get a hearing aid after having a poor experience with a high street store, so she was understandably quite apprehensive. From the very first visit, David put her completely at ease. He visited her at home, carried out a thorough hearing test and took the time to understand what would work best for her before recommending a hearing aid. Two weeks later, he returned to fit the hearing aids, and then came back again two weeks after that to see how Mum was getting on, check the hearing aids and make adjustments to the hearing level. David’s knowledge, professionalism, customer service and aftercare have been second to none. We are both incredibly grateful for the care and patience he has shown throughout the whole process, and most importantly, Mum is now very happy with her hearing aids. I would have no hesitation in recommending Hearing Aid UK as we were completely satisfied with their recommended audiologist.”
