“After initial phone call no one called. If you had no-one in my area common courtesy surely demands that you inform me. Very poor show. No, don't bother now.”

Hello Mrs Norton, We have looked into this, you are correct, and your criticism is completely fair. We are very sorry that we let you down. I checked with your audiologist, Mark, and he completely missed the email we sent to him asking him to call you. It was the day he was on a plane on his way back from Majorca, and he thinks he must have missed you whilst catching up on emails. Please accept our apologies for getting this wrong.
