Audiologist did not even come to do the test-just phoned me at the appointment time and said nowhere to park. Last I heard from him. Not a great advert for your company-no apology from anyone!!

The response I received to my initial enquiry was prompt and helpful. Then once an introduction had been established to my local audiologist, the service was excellent. Kaz was diligent in conducting the hearing assessment - in particular, I concluded I received a lot better attention than I had at a nearby Specsavers. The latter may well have ended up cheaper, but I'm confident I got hearing aids which were optimised for my personal situation. Kaz was also careful to explain clearly what my current hearing condition was and how that affected both what I was not hearing and what was needed to address that. I had the opportunity to blind test 2 models suggested by Kaz and one which I had chosen myself through web research. At no point was I put under any pressure to choose a certain make - or to even buy from him at all. At the fitting appointment, the next appointment was made 2 weeks hence for any initital adjustments and what I like is that all further appointments and aftercare for the life of the hearing aids was included in the purchase price.

after contacting hearing aid I had a phonecall from a nice gentleman which I will see next Tuesday I hope everything goes well next week so far I am very pleased with hearing aid thanks Colin

I consulted my audiologist recently because one of my Phonak hearing aids was mafunctioning. The hearing aid has been returned to Phonak for repair and I am waiting for its return.

Responded very quickly to my request and arranged a hearing test. I'm yet to have it so I can't comment on how it will be after that.

I have been waiting nearly 3 weeks for an audiologist to make an appointment with me for a hearing test. I have contacted Hearing.org.uk 3 times but still have not had contact with an audiologist. Terrible service. Will now find another company to help with my hearing issues.

A gentleman named Constantine visited, tested my hearing he recommended I have aids and suggested some that would suit me. He delivered them, fitted and has helped me subsequently with a couple of hiccups. Superb service.

My hearing assessment was carried out in my home which was very convenient to me. The assessment was carried out in a very professional manner. In addition to the hearing assessment the professional also gave advice on my balance problem leading to a private referral to an expert in the field.

Hello Andrew, From our notes, I believe you saw the audiologist last Monday. The hearing aid manufacturers are all closed for orders over the new year until January 2nd, which was five working days ago.
