“I requested a call back from Hearingaid UK following a few hours of research into hearing aid providers in uk and customer feedback. In chose them as they are nationwide, independant, and have whatever appears to be a comprehensive after sales support. The call back was prompt and I was offered a home visit from one of their independant audiologists in the local area, within a few days. The audiologist was punctual, and very knowledgable from both a hearing and technical perspective. The hearing test was comprehensive, and more in depth than a highstreet test I had recently. The audiologist had a sample hearing aid set with him and although not the make and model I was interested in, it had similar features and gave a good insight to the quality of hearing improvement which could be expected. The Audiologist has ordered a pair of hearing aids of the type and model I wish to try and I am currently awaiting a call back for a fitting appointment. To date I have not been dissapointed, and based on my experience so far would recommend them.”

“Saw by Bal in Ealing branch of M&S who was brilliant very knowledge & chatty putting me at ease. He also didn’t try & sell me the top of range hearing aids or any unnecessary add ons. I also had the chance to try them for an hour which really helped.”
