“Mum was not getting on with her previous hearing aid, she said it was uncomfortable and it was dropped several times and broken. We approached Hearing Aid UK to get her a new hearing aid. They were friendly and helpful, gave us good advice about what might suit mum better, came to assess her, fitted the new hearing aid, and came back a couple of weeks later to check it all out, fitting a longer wire for extra convenience. Mum is wearing her new hearing aid without any issues. A job well done!”

“My phone conversation with one of their team members was extremely informative and helpful, explaining the relationship between hearing aid manufacterers and independent audiologists - the former responsible for fulfilling product warranty and the latter responsible for honouring the terms of any after-care and support service they may offer a client at the time of sale. Very useful to know! I am now considering how to move forward on potential purchase of new aids for my elderly father - possibly with one of their locally based audiologists.”

“fter deciding to switch suppliers for my hearing aids, I contacted Hearing Aid UK. I was very surprised to learn the lower cost of Oticon aids compared to my previous supplier. I was contacted by a very helpful lady (Beverley) who explained how her company works and how they are able to offer significantly lower prices. She provided me a contact number for one of their audiologists (Constantin). He called me on the same day to agree an appointment at my home. I found him to be very helpful in explaining the aids that I was interested in, and the service Hearing Aids Uk would provide, including home visits and additional online support. I requested a trial period (60 days) to help me compare the new aids with my old ones to heIp me decide investing in the new ones. I have to say that I’m very impressed with them and the excellent service from Constantin, the audiologist. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending anyone who is planning to buy hearing aids.”

“The audiologist came to my home and carried out a hearing test. He discussed my needs and explained my options clearly. He explained the range of hearing aids available, and took into account my views on specifications and price when recommending which hearing aids. He was able to fit them immediately, and explained that he will return in a couple of weeks when I have got used to them, and make any adjustments we might feel are desirable. He asked me to contact him at any time before that if I had any problems. The hearing aids themselves are very discreet and comfortable, and I cannot believe the incredible difference they make to my hearing. I highly recommend them.”

“Mohammed rang back after my initial enquiry and made a home appointment for me and my wife for the next day. I was tested and was shown the results demonstrating what I already suspected - I needed hearing aids. My wife’s test showed her hearing was OK. After discussing all the options, I opted for the latest Starkey model. Amazingly, he fitted me with the aids next day! The pricing was good, as it included 5 years of care and regular follow visits. Mohammed was really helpful and there was no pressurised selling. I recommend them highly.”

“Just had my first appointment with Lee, who has proved that service does still exist. Professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. No hard sell. Next visit in a couple of weeks, so I should be able to comment on the product. My previous experience with an on-the-high-street store was not very good, and I had the feeling that I was an inconvenience. The NHS could only offer me a hard plastic mould for me which I found uncomfortable. Lee offered me, after a very thorough check, a choice of 4. I have picked one and I now await with eager anticipation for fitting and setup.”
