“I got a very prompt response from Hearing Aid. The person who called took my details and referred me to an audiologist in my area. From there it was a hearing test in my home. And a oouple of weeks later a fitting of new hearing aids - again at home. A very smooth and professional experience.”

“Great to have a home visit, no tiring travel, no pressure to buy. David was really friendly and patient with all the apparent expertise you could wish for. He was the first audiologist to tell me my percentage hearing loss. Good choice of different aids across the spectrum. He worked out which was best for me and gently made some ear moulds. Looking forward now to wearing and using my new aids which turn out a lot cheaper than High Street prices.”

“This service attracted for its coverage 1) across all brands, with 2) detailed explanations allowing online study and comparison and 3) firm prices. The latter could be beaten by sources that were supply-only, but if you wanted testing, advice and aftercare -- as included in the pricing here -- terms seemed decidedly competitive. Having moved far away from my previous audiologist, this service put me in touch with a new one who visited within less than a week and was just what I was looking for: experienced, personable and independent. In future I could travel to see him at premises, he'd be paying for the room hire and therefore prefers in general to travel to homes. Mine is rural and the time may come when I can no longer drive, and so really what's not to like?”

“Hearing aid Uk claim to be competive and offer a discounted price whilst still maintaining a high standard of service. Given that this is a substantial investment I investigated 3 offerings all of which I was comfortable with the service elelement of the proposal. Despite Hearing aids claims in terms of pricing I have found an offering I am very comfortable with and have saved myself £600. I believe Hearing aids claims on cost are close to sharp practice and that is as good a reason as any to reject them. I suspect this review will not appear on your website!”

“I found Hearingaid. Org. UK easy to contact from their website and they were in touch with me the next day. I was then contacted very soon by David from Discretion Hearing to arrange a visit to my home. He has been very professional and easy to talk to. The help and support I received has been great while choosing and then fitting the appropriate hearing aids.”

“Hearing Aid UK were recommended by Age UK. They act as a free introduction service to a local audiologist. They were very professional and quickly arranged an at home visit for my mum. Their website is excellent as it allows you to compare hearing aids and their functions and prices. Mums appointment was with David Peel from The Sense of Hearing. My mum was very reluctant to get a hearing aid after having a poor experience with a high street store, so she was understandably quite apprehensive. From the very first visit, David put her completely at ease. He visited her at home, carried out a thorough hearing test and took the time to understand what would work best for her before recommending a hearing aid. Two weeks later, he returned to fit the hearing aids, and then came back again two weeks after that to see how Mum was getting on, check the hearing aids and make adjustments to the hearing level. David’s knowledge, professionalism, customer service and aftercare have been second to none. We are both incredibly grateful for the care and patience he has shown throughout the whole process, and most importantly, Mum is now very happy with her hearing aids. I would have no hesitation in recommending Hearing Aid UK as we were completely satisfied with their recommended audiologist.”
