The response was incredibly quick and very thorough. There is so much information and I have not yet had the chance to digest it all. I have an appointment with an Audiologist at my GP to see if there is anything better than my existing NHS aids available through the health service but, as this seems very unlikely, I shall then study the info. from Hearing Aid UK and, no doubt, act on their advice. So far, I am very impressed with the depth of knowledge, clear understanding of client's needs and their very helpful attitude in helping people through the minefield of selecting the right and appropriate hearing aids.

I've been having hearing tests for the last 14 years as I am a pilot, I often suffer from wax blockages so tests have to get rescheduled whilst I get referred to the GP to have it removed. When I saw you yesterday, I again had a blockage but you kindly removed the wax straight away whilst I was there - much more convenient.

So far I have just read the booklet produced by HearingAidUk - I am already a hearing aid user about to replace my existing aids. I found it useful and informative especially the section relating to regulation of hearing practitioners and dispensers.

Very informative literature. I still am not sure if you sell hearing aids, or if youare referring me to an independent retailer. If the latter is the case, there is no mention of retailers in my area. Bit confusing.

Simple to read, impartial advice and guidance. Recommendations to always go to NHS first - excellent. That?s what I did but 4 years on they haven?t kept up with latest technology (cutbacks etc) thus I?ll be approaching Hearingaid.org.uk to consider a better aid. I wish I?d read this booklet a long time ago.

I lost my waterproof swim moulds to keep the sea water out of my ears and only realised five days before I went to Croatia. Your chap in Swindon got me some new ones made from scratch in just three days! I just got back from my holiday and have to say that they worked perfectly and fitted more comfortably than my previous set. Thanks! I would thoroughly recommend these chaps.

Called in today early A.M on way to work for info. Had a great professional welcome with immediate appointment. Seen efficiently and with a professional kind approach, as I was anxious and in denial! My worries soon put at rest, as told after examination and test, didn't need their services at present. Obviously a business not there to take your money if you don't need their services. Thank you.

When I was contacted by your representative regarding my 'customer experience' I hadn't had the opportunity to read the whole of your report. I may have sounded rather critical about one aspect of it, which was unfair. Having now read more of your report I am finding it most informative and comprehensive. And in fact, just what I needed to throw light on a service and a commodity of which I had very little prior knowledge!

I received you email asking what I thought of your service. You representative recently visited my mother in the care home where she lives now. We were impressed by how direct and no-nonsense he was. Everything explained in a straightforward way. We have ordered some new hearing aids and look forward to his return with them next Wednesday.

I had my new Widex Evoke 440 hearing aids fitted on Monday by Paul. I am very pleased with how well I am being looked after so far. I do feel that they will need a bit of a tweak when I come back next week though as they sound a little sharp.
