“I was finding it diffcult to find an independent audiologist in Bristol when I came across Hearing Aid UK. After speaking to them they had one of companies (Diamond Hearing Services) they work with contact me and we set up a home visit and now I'm testing my chosen hearing aids. Diamond Hearing Services were excellent and I feel confident knowing they will be supporting me in the future.”

“I enquired on my behalf of my grandmother and was contacted promptly by Sebastian and later Carly who were exceptional. An at home appointment was arranged with Anu and, when she was running late due to traffic, Sebastian called to let me know. When she arrived, Anu was an absolute delight; so friendly, warm, and kind, and explained everything at each stage. When my grandmother’s hearing aids were switched on for the first time, it was like a light bulb moment for her; she looked so shocked at realising what she had been missing. Anu explained the next steps and, shortly after she left, Sebastian called again to check if everything was okay and to take a deposit which was explained could be refunded after the trial period. However that is not going to happen - it’s been hours and my grandmother, and us, have seen (or heard!) such a vast improvement that the hearing aids are staying! Thank you so much again to everyone involved, we really appreciate it.”
