“I feel it’s a bit early to write a review as my experience with the audiologist is not complete . One needs time as I haven’t had new hearing aids as yet to fully assess the total experience , when and if I do obtain new hearing aids it will take a while to assess and get use to them , I may then be able to write a more realistic review. Hello Amanda, All of our aids are provided with a 60 day full money back guarantee period. Usually payment in full is taken when you receive the hearing aids, and then you get the full amount back if you return them, just like buying anything else really. On this occasion the audiologist agreed to only take 10% of the total and then the balance if you decided to keep the aids, or to return the 10% if you did not. This full money back policy is standard for most hearing aid companies. The only companies I know of offering "free trials" come with a catch, in that their aids are significantly more expensive.

“Very good service and quick to get an appointment at a hearing aid centre. Hearing test and consultation were excellent and very professional. Trial hearing aids were fitted and set up during the appointment and are working well. My only criticism is the price quoted for the hearing aids. Your advert states that up to 40% discount is offered on hearing aid prices but this was not the case with me. I showed the audiologist adverts on the internet of other companies offering the same services and hearing aids for over £800 cheaper. There was no offer made for price matching.”

As you mentioned, our costs can be up to 40% less than those of the high street; some high street audiologists charge a little more than we do and others are almost twice as expensive. We would always price match with anyone offering the same product and service we do, however, the company to which I believe you refer has a questionable reputation. They have a small number of audiologists covering almost the whole country and previously when some of them have quit, many customers were left with no aftercare. We therefore cannot price match against a company (and this includes mail order websites) who do not offer the same level of service and more importantly cannot always guarantee aftercare for the life of the hearing aid, whereas we can. If you manage to find them for less anywhere else, please get in touch and we will happily price match.

“Audiologist was very experianced and knowledgeable. The resultant demonstration hearing aid was a revelation, and frankly it was quite emotional to be able to hear clearly after so many years. The final hearing aid was every bit as good (cros set-up due to total deafness in one ear) and I am sure will effect my life in a very positive way”

“The initial contact was excellent Booking seem less The consultatant professional , thorourgh and passed on excellent information . Now the poor bit , the aids I paid a £800+ deposit on in order to trial were faulty / didn't meet my needs . Hence had to return to return them . The alternative aids I had expressed an interest in were not available and I have a full diary for several weeks . It was agreed a refund would be forthcoming . I await a call to confirm this .”
