“Called at my Mums to see the flowers I had ordered for her & I was very disappointed, 4 roses & 2 lilies, that’s it! very poor bouquet - seen bigger & better bouquets in supermarket for third of the price. This is first time I’ve used Haute & definitely the last. Wish I had taken photo to add to review Only positive, they were delivered on time.”

“False advertising False advertising. Medium bouquet was not as advertised. 4 roses only. Absolutely disgraceful. What a joke £35 down the drain. “I ordered the rose medley bouquet for my father in law. Upon seeing these flowers, they look NOTHING like what was advertised. Firstly the quantity of the stems is HALF of what is shown in the picture. The quality of the flowers is beyond awful, some of the roses look dead. I am quiet embarrassed even giving these to someone. By far the worst flower bouquet I have ever ordered. First and last time using this company.”

“Flowers arrived, mainly greenery not flowers, nothing like what I ordered, buds falling off what little flowers there were, some dead, really disappointed in my Mothers Day flowers. Not impressed at all and one upset mum, thinking they were a joke gift.😡😡😡😡 Have sent you photos of flowers awaiting the outcome, a total waste of money.”

“Just awful 😖 I am so angry with myself for not reading the reviews first. They're absolutely shocking. Ordered a bunch of flowers and had them upgraded to a large bunch. What arrived was completely different to the image used. The bunch was tiny and made up of pitiful looking flowers, straight from a Spar garage which were golf dead. Only my flowers cost me £55 !!!!! I have obviously complained but nearly 5 days later, I've heard nothing. This company should not be allowed to operate and I won't rest until I've got my money back and Haute Florist has been closed down. DO NOT BUY - YOU WILL REGRET IT !!”

“WHAT A RIP OFF !! BE VERY CAREFUL BEFORE YOU ORDER. MAY BE BETTER OFF BUYING FLOWERS FROM YOUR LOCAL SHOP. Ordered a a standard sized bouquet of Spring Harmony for my wife. The image on the website shows a dozen tulips and a handful of hyacinths. The bouquet my wife received contained five small hyacinths and six 'dwarf' tulips. It was just slightly larger than my daughter's hand. Sent the company photographs and gave them an opportunity to rectify the situation but their reply was "I can confirm there are no quality issues found as you have received the correct size.". If the image on the website is a standard bouquet, then I've been well and truly done over. Hence this review (I would have given zero stars if possible).”

“Very disappointing. I purchased flowers to cheat my Mum up and despite them looking nothing like the photo on the website, they are starting to wilt only two days after her receiving them. For £40 I’d expect them to be amazing. Sorry but we won’t be using you again.”

“My husband ordered the luxury rose and freesia bouquet for our wedding anniversary. I was very disappointed with the bouquet, some of the blooms had wilted and a couple of the roses had petals which had gone brown. Two days later the majority of the blooms had wilted and the greenery had shed a lot of leaves. The bouquet looked nothing like the photo on website either. First and last purchase from this company!”

“I ordered flowered for my daughters birthday and it was not delivered on the day I requested. When I disputed it they were so unhelpful. They also refused to refund me and all I could get is to rearrange. By the time it’s delivered it will be few days old and won’t be fresh. Don’t use them, when it comes to customer services they are absolutely awful 😞”
