“I received a bouquet of the ‘Graceful Beauty’ flowers for Mother’s from my daughter. When they arrived they looked half wilted. I put them straight into water following the enclosed instructions. By the following morning the roses in the bouquet had died. I am not impressed by the freshness and care taken to deliver these flowers to me.”

“Nothing "Haute" about this bouquet! Ordered the Rose and Oriental Lily bouquet as a Mother's Day gift, and what was received was awful! The roses were practically dead on arrival, with battered petals, and eaten leaves. They don't wrap the roses individually like Bloom & Wild. Their customer service is terrible - you can't reach them by telephone.”

“Your customer service is disgusting. I was sending a hatbox of flowers to my elderly Mother for Mothers Day. On ordering I could have had nxt day delivery bit opted for Sat and you still could not deliver on time. I contacted your chat line and explained no order had arrived to be written back to "I don't understand Customer service will be in touch soon" they weren't. O think found how to send a message a got a response Sun telling me you were experiencing difficulties delivering to Northern Ireland You certainly did not volunteer this information when taking my £40 I had thought of using your company for Staff wellbeing gifts etc for our family businesses in NI but am so disappointed”

“Really disappointed in the size and quality of the bouquet my mum received for Mother’s Day. The day after they were delivered, two of the roses had wilted and looked dead. The size of the bouquet also did not resemble that only and there was no option to choose a large bouquet upon checkout so I would have hoped the picture is what you got! Wouldn’t order again, an expensive mistake unfortunately for a special occasion.”

“Called at my Mums to see the flowers I had ordered for her & I was very disappointed, 4 roses & 2 lilies, that’s it! very poor bouquet - seen bigger & better bouquets in supermarket for third of the price. This is first time I’ve used Haute & definitely the last. Wish I had taken photo to add to review Only positive, they were delivered on time.”

“False advertising False advertising. Medium bouquet was not as advertised. 4 roses only. Absolutely disgraceful. What a joke £35 down the drain. “I ordered the rose medley bouquet for my father in law. Upon seeing these flowers, they look NOTHING like what was advertised. Firstly the quantity of the stems is HALF of what is shown in the picture. The quality of the flowers is beyond awful, some of the roses look dead. I am quiet embarrassed even giving these to someone. By far the worst flower bouquet I have ever ordered. First and last time using this company.”

“Flowers arrived, mainly greenery not flowers, nothing like what I ordered, buds falling off what little flowers there were, some dead, really disappointed in my Mothers Day flowers. Not impressed at all and one upset mum, thinking they were a joke gift.😡😡😡😡 Have sent you photos of flowers awaiting the outcome, a total waste of money.”

“Just awful 😖 I am so angry with myself for not reading the reviews first. They're absolutely shocking. Ordered a bunch of flowers and had them upgraded to a large bunch. What arrived was completely different to the image used. The bunch was tiny and made up of pitiful looking flowers, straight from a Spar garage which were golf dead. Only my flowers cost me £55 !!!!! I have obviously complained but nearly 5 days later, I've heard nothing. This company should not be allowed to operate and I won't rest until I've got my money back and Haute Florist has been closed down. DO NOT BUY - YOU WILL REGRET IT !!”
