WHAT A RIP OFF !! BE VERY CAREFUL BEFORE YOU ORDER. MAY BE BETTER OFF BUYING FLOWERS FROM YOUR LOCAL SHOP. Ordered a a standard sized bouquet of Spring Harmony for my wife. The image on the website shows a dozen tulips and a handful of hyacinths. The bouquet my wife received contained five small hyacinths and six 'dwarf' tulips. It was just slightly larger than my daughter's hand. Sent the company photographs and gave them an opportunity to rectify the situation but their reply was "I can confirm there are no quality issues found as you have received the correct size.". If the image on the website is a standard bouquet, then I've been well and truly done over. Hence this review (I would have given zero stars if possible).

Very disappointing. I purchased flowers to cheat my Mum up and despite them looking nothing like the photo on the website, they are starting to wilt only two days after her receiving them. For £40 I’d expect them to be amazing. Sorry but we won’t be using you again.

My husband ordered the luxury rose and freesia bouquet for our wedding anniversary. I was very disappointed with the bouquet, some of the blooms had wilted and a couple of the roses had petals which had gone brown. Two days later the majority of the blooms had wilted and the greenery had shed a lot of leaves. The bouquet looked nothing like the photo on website either. First and last purchase from this company!

Very very poor product. Delivered in a box by Royal Mail made it feel cheap. Roses already dying off less than 2 days later. Really poor experience.

I ordered flowered for my daughters birthday and it was not delivered on the day I requested. When I disputed it they were so unhelpful. They also refused to refund me and all I could get is to rearrange. By the time it’s delivered it will be few days old and won’t be fresh. Don’t use them, when it comes to customer services they are absolutely awful 😞

Delivered today paid £30 it was a very small bundle could have got from the supermarket for £7 Will not use again not quality for money I don’t like to leave negative comments but felt strongly about the flowers

I ordered the rose plant in a jug which didn’t have many roses in it, not very full. For £25.00 i expected more and im not happy with the customer service after telling them what i thought of the rose plant i received. Automated responses which don’t make any sense. My email wasn’t read and no doubt a computer generated response. Will not be using again.

I ordered the rose plant in a jug. There aren’t many roses, it’s not very full and not what i’d expect for £25.00. I have given them my feedback and received automated responses which don’t make any sense at all. The emails aren’t read and a response given by a computer no doubt. Not impressed with the lack of customer service and therefore will not use again.

Flowers had 5 heads missing, all brown, looked like a £2 bunch from aldi. Infact aldi's are better. Terrible, won't even reply to messages or answer the phone. Don't use this company

My mum never received her flowers, card and chocolates for her special birthday that I ordered, I had conformation that my delivery would be sent on my chosen day. I paid extra to be delivered before 1pm. After speaking to customer services after weekend I was told it was an error on system. I was given a full refund, and an apology. I will not be using haute flowers in the future. It does not make up for my mum receiving nothing on her birthday.

Dreadful. Bought bouquet and my Mum said thank you for the thought but you must see the poor quality. All dead in three days. On day 1 sent email to the group, roses withered. Offered £15 off a new bouquet and told by florist seeing photo they are healthy and right size with roses dying. Sent in photos after three days, flowers ready for bin, all dead, lilies didn't open. Sent a new bouquet. Thank you but the quality is poor. Poor gifting experience. Subsequently heard from others about the dismal quality. Photos make them all look amazing. Don't bother. Go with trusted B&W, I sued HF as a change. Many exceptional florists, high street M&S and to have received and seen photos of two bouquets, my sister in law said hers were ok, and her friends had bad experiences, I won't be a repeat customer. Also, this said it all, my father who has no interest in flowers, said on day 1 'where are those flowers from they look appalling'. Hope everyone else has a better experience. Would love to ADD PHOTOS yet this has been 'blanked out'. Says it all.

Incredibly poor service. Placed two orders, both were unlike the photo representation advertised, reduced number of flowers and some in a dead state. When asked for a refund I was eventually sent another bouquet, which arrived late, and was still unlike that advertised, poor quality with many dead and bruised flowers. Have contacted trading standards and am going to pursue this all the way..... BE WARNED!!!!

Terrible service, definitely won't be recommending or using again. I sent flowers to my mum on the first anniversary of the passing of my dad which arrived 3 days late!!!!! I called 3 times and emailed twice only to receive automated email responses & to be told by the customer service dept that the website states there could be delays!!! Shocking customer service response, no apology, no empathy, just told me to call back again if they hadn't arrived by the end of 3rd late day! I advised I live in Australia but no follow up no offer to discount or refund for their poor service just scripted responses to a sensitive occasion especially knowing the recipient was a fragile 85 year old lady - disgraceful!

I’m just about to delete my Haut app as I recommend Haut to others. I’ve now been the receiving end of Haut flowers courtesy of my husband. They were late, had to be chased, when received they were in absolutely awful condition and half dead. After numerous attempts to resolve I was sent another bunch which weren’t much better and half the stems previously ordered. Terrible company with the most awful customer service I ever seen!!! I even logged my disappointment numerous times, never followed up or contacted. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Add on of chocolates were missing and disappointed with the flowers which weren’t a true representation of the image on the website. Despite mentioning this twice in my communication this hasn’t even been acknowledged, only addressing the missing chocolates (refund being processed for these)
