This wasn't delivered on time. When I called to complain, terms and conditions, which were irrelevant, were quoted to me. I followed up with a written complaint, which wasn't read properly and the same agent replied with the same comments. I then asked for my complaint to be escalated but have had no reply. The 100% satisfaction guarantee also seems rather meaningless. The website refers to contingency arrangements during industrial action but clearly not being actioned. To post something late on a Sunday evening and expect it to be delivered on the Monday is too big an ask for the Royal Mail at the best of times

I can’t believe I have been asked to review haute florist . I paid £29.50 for flowers to be delivered on December 20th and they have still not arrived today 21st . I have emailed three times and have had no response other than an acknowledgment . The email said one of the team would review my complaint last night but not a word today . My friend lost her mother in law and I wanted the flowers delivered yesterday so I have requested a refund but haven’t heard a word . If I do not hear from you tomorrow I will use Facebook to share my very disappointing review .

I would strongly advise anyone who would like to have any confidence in their flowers being delivered to avoid this company completely. Their help is non-existent, their judgement and advice ir choice if courier is not given or advise, their help bot is a farce. There is no human contact for failure if delivery, and there is no email, it telephone number fir contact. Only a method for taking your money. My £90 order has not been delivered after 5 days. No response whatsoever to their happy to help idiot bot.

Promised of a next day delivery not met. Flowers were stuck for 4 days at depot. Emailed to get a refund or rearrange as the person I ordered flowers for was only there for a day as she just gave birth! Got a general auto reply and no follow up or apology. So basically spoilt flowers still at depot. Poor service

The flowers that were ordered have not been received yet 💁 Still looking for an answer from the Company. Cannot answer the other questions due to the non delivery. These flowers were ordered on 30/11 for my friends birthday on 17/12 … payment was taken but no flowers arrived 💁

Dreadful. I ordered fur next day delivery for a birthday. 2 days later, still not delivered and no idea when my friends birthday present will arrive. Don’t use this company! They don’t even review your queries. They give standard answers and ignore the content. Shocking, just shocking.

Ordered flowers 3 days ago for a friend who is unwell. They haven’t arrived. So much for next day delivery. I have been informed they are further delayed. No one has responded to my complaint.

I ordered flowers for my Mother for a very special Birthday as we could not attend. The flowers failed to arrive on the day as ordered. No communication to advise us from customer services. I had to continually chase them up. Dreadful customer services and a frustrating company to deal with. Very expensive considering the order was fulfilled late. Do not use this company as there are plenty of companies out there who will provide a reliable and quality service. They have disappointed and should be ashamed of their lack of customer delivery, service and satisfaction.

This is the worst florist I have ever used and their customer service is appalling. Flowers ordered arrived 4 days late and pretty much dead. Wrapped with a useless bit of damp tissue around the stems which did nothing to keep them alive. No telephone number on their site although I did manage to find it elsewhere - although noone answers. They clearly avoid speaking with angry and upset customers like me. Do not use this company !!!

We did not receive the flowers. They were ordered to celebrate a specific occasion. It was very disappointing and embarrassing that they were not delivered. I have heard nothing from the company to explain. They were a surprise gift for the recipient and so I only discovered they had not been delivered by chance.

Flowers didn’t arrive on requested date (Royal Mail were not on strike) No email indicating despatch from Haute was received - as indicated on website. I have sent two emails to Haute Florist and have received no reply to either. An explanation or simple apology would have prevented me having to give this review. I will not be using this company again.

How can you ask for a review when the flowers supposed to arrive yesterday and we didn’t receive them. Today is Friday. We won’t arrive by Monday. 5 days delay. That’s how you did. Very disappointing. Worst experience ever. Better to charge extra 25-30£ for a decent delivery then to put people in this awful situation.

In the past I have sent flowers from Haute Florist, they have been splendid and well received. I really love the flamboyant colour combos. Today I am disappointed and underwhelmed. I ordered the Christmas wreath, which did not have any measurements but I took the photo to be an illustration of its size against the door. I assumed the door would be a normal size. Evidently not, obviously it is a hobbit/fairy/elf door as the wreath is only 12” and I now estimate the door must be 22” wide. It is beautifully made, fresh but not the exuberant Christmas welcome I envisaged at our front door, consigned to the back door.
