Ordered flowers 3 days ago for a friend who is unwell. They haven’t arrived. So much for next day delivery. I have been informed they are further delayed. No one has responded to my complaint.

I ordered flowers for my Mother for a very special Birthday as we could not attend. The flowers failed to arrive on the day as ordered. No communication to advise us from customer services. I had to continually chase them up. Dreadful customer services and a frustrating company to deal with. Very expensive considering the order was fulfilled late. Do not use this company as there are plenty of companies out there who will provide a reliable and quality service. They have disappointed and should be ashamed of their lack of customer delivery, service and satisfaction.

This is the worst florist I have ever used and their customer service is appalling. Flowers ordered arrived 4 days late and pretty much dead. Wrapped with a useless bit of damp tissue around the stems which did nothing to keep them alive. No telephone number on their site although I did manage to find it elsewhere - although noone answers. They clearly avoid speaking with angry and upset customers like me. Do not use this company !!!

We did not receive the flowers. They were ordered to celebrate a specific occasion. It was very disappointing and embarrassing that they were not delivered. I have heard nothing from the company to explain. They were a surprise gift for the recipient and so I only discovered they had not been delivered by chance.

Flowers didn’t arrive on requested date (Royal Mail were not on strike) No email indicating despatch from Haute was received - as indicated on website. I have sent two emails to Haute Florist and have received no reply to either. An explanation or simple apology would have prevented me having to give this review. I will not be using this company again.

How can you ask for a review when the flowers supposed to arrive yesterday and we didn’t receive them. Today is Friday. We won’t arrive by Monday. 5 days delay. That’s how you did. Very disappointing. Worst experience ever. Better to charge extra 25-30£ for a decent delivery then to put people in this awful situation.

In the past I have sent flowers from Haute Florist, they have been splendid and well received. I really love the flamboyant colour combos. Today I am disappointed and underwhelmed. I ordered the Christmas wreath, which did not have any measurements but I took the photo to be an illustration of its size against the door. I assumed the door would be a normal size. Evidently not, obviously it is a hobbit/fairy/elf door as the wreath is only 12” and I now estimate the door must be 22” wide. It is beautifully made, fresh but not the exuberant Christmas welcome I envisaged at our front door, consigned to the back door.

Do not use! Do not use!! Ordered and paid for flower delivery £44.50 (very expensive I think) to be delivered on 2 Dec (my friend’s 50th birthday). Flowers never arrived and worse, I did not receive any notifications (other than an email to say flowers being picked (on Thursday 1 Dec). I only realised the flowers were not delivered when I asked my friend at the end of day (Friday 2 Dec)…. I immediately contacted Haute through their web form and they sent a generic response telling me the order was due for delivery 2 Dec (!) (this was 8:19pm on Fri 2 dec) and they said “there may have been delays due to adverse weather or the courier identifying an issue in the delivery area….”. And that I could track the flowers from a link in their email which I could not access. I then requested a refund the next day as a redelivery on another day was pointless as my friend had left to go travelling ….and was told they could not refund me as “orders have been attempted” (! - what about the delivery that I had requested for the 2 Dec??) and this was at the “recipients discretion” (!! ) and “delivery or collection will need to be arranged via the tracking options on the Royal Mail website”?? (No idea where that link was…) Firstly these responses make no sense and secondly it is completely unacceptable considering I paid upfront for good that were not delivered!! Do not use!!

I wish I could give you 0 star instead. Absolutely shocking customer service with rude and arrogant staff who did hang up my phone three times . Delivery was promised next day for my wife’s 40 birthday and never arrived . The quality of the flowers for almost £70 was rip op. Scam the worst company I ever dealt with. No surprise all your reviews are 1 star. I will take you to trading standard.

This is the most horrible florist I have used. I ordered flowers and set up delivery for the 30th of November and 2 days after it is a no show! The company then threw a £10 voucher in my face! Never doing this again

Delivery was late so missed the birthday of the person that they were for. All that was offered was a refund of the postage or £10 to spend again with them, they were unwilling to refund the cost of the item even though it has still not arrived. No real consideration was given for the person who did not receive the gift or the delicacy of the situation despite talking with to separate CS agents. I would not recommend Haute - they offer named delivery but it is only a 3 day window so specifying a day is essentially a redundant exercise, it will be pot luck whether it arrives or otherwise.

Would give no stars if possible. Arranged a 'With Sympathy' bouquet for a friend whose Mother sadly passed away. £60.50 bouquet on next day delivery left on someone else's doorstep. Bouquet finally arrived with my friend 18 hours later. Appalling customer service from Haute (Prestige) offering £4 refund. Just shocking. This company needs to take a leaf out of the other major online florists book, who all have amazing customer care and look after you when things go wrong. Will certainly not ever order from this company again or recommend to anyone. I turned down their £4 refund on principal that it was such an embarrassing offer.

Ordered flowers 24/12/22 to be delivered 28/22/22…..they were not delivered on Monday 28th. By 3pm I emailed in (as there’s no phone help), was told further help could be offered after 6pm….then emailed back in - not surprisingly, no response. Was so disappointed. My friend received the flowers 29th. They arrived looking ok… but sadly do not look very good value for money and smaller than the website picture of the bouquet I chose.
