Dreadful dreadful…go to interflora. Plant for a 94th birthday arrived a day late…totally unreliable and customer service poor. Would not use again

Awful flowers, no ‘customer satisfaction guarantee’ as claimed. Terrible customer service behind a laughably bad product which looks nothing like the photos advertised .

The worst service. No follow ups nor communication. They let me down. No one picked up the phone, had to wait for them to get back on an email. I paid extra for the flowers and cake to be shipped before 1. They didn’t knock the door, after complaining I received an email that we missed the delivery and Royal Mail will sent it again on Monday when they were supposed to on Saturday.

Delivered 3 days late even though I ordered 1 week in advance and paid a premium for ‘Guaranteed Before 1pm’ delivery. It was a birthday gift for a friend, so the surprise was completely lost. I was unhappy with the response from their Customer Services as they insisted my “order came through after the cut off time”. This was impossible as I ordered 1 week before the delivery date. Very disappointed and won’t use again.

Flowers arrived looking dead. Broken heads, wilted and not even resembling the advertised photograph. I was left embarrassed that I had sent these to someone I loved. I will never use this company again and advise everyone to try elsewhere

Never received my bouquet delivery, absolutely shocking customer service have not been offered a refund and I am £60 out of pocket ! Will never ever use this website again!

Let’s you request a delivery date but doesn’t deliver on the day requested. Ruining the birthday surprise. My flowers were left in royal mails postal office for 2 days. Once received the flowers weren’t fresh. Won’t be ordering from haute flowers again.

Utterly terrible experience. Letter box flowers booked to arrive on wedding anniversary, came the day afterwards and poor quality and composition. Broken leaves and flowers not resembling the advertised picture. Customer service don’t care, haven’t even apologised just trying to get me to book with them again. No interest at all. Avoid, much more reliable and high quality providers out there.

I think there must have been an issue last week. I see a few bad reviews over the same thing. Delivery on time but flowers half dead - threw away several on the day received. I complained but as it was after 3 days (I received on a Friday) i was offered a £10 voucher??!!! And they wouldn’t budge. Not satisfactory. I received the flowers. It’s embarrassing complaining to the sender. Order. hf_242232

The flowers arrived half dead, a day after my daughter’s birthday. I ordered them the previous week but they were sent out second class post the day before they were meant to be delivered so there was no way of them arriving on time. Hardly any flowers in the box, a shocking rip-off considering how much they cost. Sent without water, just shoved in a card box so they were totally dehydrated after two days in the post and never recovered. I don’t usually write negative reviews but this is the worst company I’ve experienced in a long time and customer services showed no remorse or regret and just told me it said in the terms and conditions they might not arrive on the correct day. I would actively discourage anyone from using Haute florist.

I ordered flowers for next day delivery. 4 days later they still had not been delivered. When I complained they said they would send out the next day. Too late and I got a full refund .

I ordered some "next day flowers" for a birthday surprise and they did not come. I was pointed to your conditions where it says that you cannot guarantee a next day delivery. This should be made more visible as the name of the service is misleading and can cause situations of disappointment like this one. Moreover, the flowers did not arrive fresh, after being inside the box for the second day. I paid a considerable amount for a bouquet that did not arrive on time and, when it finally did, it was not meeting the quality standards you promise on your website. I asked for a refund but it was rejected. The customer service person was always polite, nothing to say about it, but I am very disappointed with the overall quality of your service.

Complete shambles! Ruined a very painful, difficult day. A beautiful bouquet was ordered for next day delivery for a young persons funeral. The flowers came 2 DAYS LATE and were half dead, all wilted and just thrown together! I paid extra for a card but instead got a scrappy piece of paper with half the message on! I am so extremely upset and the 'customer service' is a complete joke. Stay away from this cowboy outfit @prestigeflowers.

Hi very disappointed in the flowers …… not what was expected at all . Delivery on time but flowers half dead and did not recover after going into vase . Paid for large bunch too and definitely didn’t look like that’s what I got .

I ordered flowers on Sunday 25th September , I received a message telling "Royal Mail" would be delivering ( royal mail for flowers) I ordered a large bouquet , there is no way that was a large bouquet , I could have bought better from the local supermarket , I am very disappointed with what arrived I will never order from you again and will let others know how " ripped off" i feel , do you think because people trust what you advertise you can get away with what you send out to people !! i will be putting a photo on social media telling other trusting customers to go else where

DO NOT USE THIS ORGANISATION. I ordered flowers and a personalised card for my parents 60th wedding anniversary. Whilst the flowers arrived the card was not included, this was a fundamental part of the gift and without it there was no meaning. The gift was ruined as the gesture had no meaning but the worse part was the response from the company. They did not fulfil the order. They were complacent and did not care only offering the refund of the card which was less than 10% of the total cost. I'm reporting the company to trading standards. I asked if they would even send the card on with a small posy of apologies but no. They are a disgrace. They take your money and do not comply or fulfil the order. Stay aware.
