Do not use! Do not use!! Ordered and paid for flower delivery £44.50 (very expensive I think) to be delivered on 2 Dec (my friend’s 50th birthday). Flowers never arrived and worse, I did not receive any notifications (other than an email to say flowers being picked (on Thursday 1 Dec). I only realised the flowers were not delivered when I asked my friend at the end of day (Friday 2 Dec)…. I immediately contacted Haute through their web form and they sent a generic response telling me the order was due for delivery 2 Dec (!) (this was 8:19pm on Fri 2 dec) and they said “there may have been delays due to adverse weather or the courier identifying an issue in the delivery area….”. And that I could track the flowers from a link in their email which I could not access. I then requested a refund the next day as a redelivery on another day was pointless as my friend had left to go travelling ….and was told they could not refund me as “orders have been attempted” (! - what about the delivery that I had requested for the 2 Dec??) and this was at the “recipients discretion” (!! ) and “delivery or collection will need to be arranged via the tracking options on the Royal Mail website”?? (No idea where that link was…) Firstly these responses make no sense and secondly it is completely unacceptable considering I paid upfront for good that were not delivered!! Do not use!!

I wish I could give you 0 star instead. Absolutely shocking customer service with rude and arrogant staff who did hang up my phone three times . Delivery was promised next day for my wife’s 40 birthday and never arrived . The quality of the flowers for almost £70 was rip op. Scam the worst company I ever dealt with. No surprise all your reviews are 1 star. I will take you to trading standard.

This is the most horrible florist I have used. I ordered flowers and set up delivery for the 30th of November and 2 days after it is a no show! The company then threw a £10 voucher in my face! Never doing this again

Delivery was late so missed the birthday of the person that they were for. All that was offered was a refund of the postage or £10 to spend again with them, they were unwilling to refund the cost of the item even though it has still not arrived. No real consideration was given for the person who did not receive the gift or the delicacy of the situation despite talking with to separate CS agents. I would not recommend Haute - they offer named delivery but it is only a 3 day window so specifying a day is essentially a redundant exercise, it will be pot luck whether it arrives or otherwise.

Would give no stars if possible. Arranged a 'With Sympathy' bouquet for a friend whose Mother sadly passed away. £60.50 bouquet on next day delivery left on someone else's doorstep. Bouquet finally arrived with my friend 18 hours later. Appalling customer service from Haute (Prestige) offering £4 refund. Just shocking. This company needs to take a leaf out of the other major online florists book, who all have amazing customer care and look after you when things go wrong. Will certainly not ever order from this company again or recommend to anyone. I turned down their £4 refund on principal that it was such an embarrassing offer.

Ordered flowers 24/12/22 to be delivered 28/22/22…..they were not delivered on Monday 28th. By 3pm I emailed in (as there’s no phone help), was told further help could be offered after 6pm….then emailed back in - not surprisingly, no response. Was so disappointed. My friend received the flowers 29th. They arrived looking ok… but sadly do not look very good value for money and smaller than the website picture of the bouquet I chose.

Ordered flowers for next day delivery but the delivery failed to arrive on time which was a real shame as I ordered them for my dads partners birthday who was due to go away the next day to family for a weeks break, thought it would be a nice gesture to send some flowers & chocolates of which she could take away with her but sadly they didn’t arrive on time and the flowers were a complete waste of money as delivered to a house with no one home. Customer service were of no help other than the offer of a £4 refund but no compassion or care that a customer had been let down by the failed service Bottom line is don’t use this service for next day delivery as it’s not guaranteed it’s via Royal Mail not a courier and just leads to very bitter disappointment & dissatisfaction.

Simply terrible florists and customer service, ordered flowers for a requested delivery date on the 23rd of November, the flowers arrived a day late withered, after raising a ticket with customer services they tried to avoid responsibility blame everything from 'third party's outside of our control' to delving into semantics about the exact time they arrived...a day late. Saying that I didn't select the right delivery option when it was quoted on there website as next day delivery and confirmed via email for delivery on the 23rd. I offered a reasonable resolution of a 50% refund for the hassle and they completely failed to even accommodate this.

Received a third of the flowers and was refused a refund….flower quality was good they are NOTHING like the photo. Took two days to resolve and point blank refused me any refund so had to take the option of having some more flowers sent.

I am disappointed that the web site offered next day delivery, which I paid for. It’s now 2 days later, still no flowers..Completely missed my Mothers birthday.

Small bouquet did not reflect the £60 largest bouquet size that i thought would ensure would be impressive for my parents special wedding anniversary. At first I thought they sent the wrong size but was told it was correct. It definitely did not resemble the photographed image, some of the flowers looked dried out and were wilting. Others family members were also very surprised by the bouquet. It has been replaced with exactly the same bouquet but have sent an even smaller size - out of goodwill. Quite disappointed that there has not been an acknowledgement that the flowers did not match the image on the website. I was told the quality was fine and the size correct. Please look at your product and make it better for others. I sadly did not get the the beautiful flowers that others customers did. I won't be using this company again. I am someone that rarely complains, flowers were definitely not worth the price.

Disgusting company who lies, do not use, they do not give a good service and refuse to give a refund and hide behind sending flowers to Northern Ireland take another day as it is hard to reach- save yourself the time and money go elsewhere. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ANY COST.

I ordered an arrangement 2 days ago and was delivered yesterday and paid extra for a large arrangement. The shocking part was that it turned out to be small, looked nothing like the photo and it wasn’t fresh at all. I emailed and complained and all they did Was to offer £15 gift voucher for next purchase. I put my arrangement and asked for a refund and they didn’t even entertain the subject. Very dissatisfied and shocked at the poor Levelnof customer service.

Sadly, a very disappointing, meagre bunch. The recipient sent a photograph and I was slightly embarrassed! Sorry, I had high hopes. She has just had open surgery too, I was hoping for a special, elegant bunch.

Short version: - Wrong item delivered - Offered to send replacement - wrong again - Refused to pay full refund until I asked them to confirm the company's interpretation of the Consumer Rights Act and why this differed from the actual law - Full refund eventually received The company have been politely notified that I will post a true review and reflection of my experience, see below: Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with this company. I bought flowers for someone's 30th birthday which was the only gift I was giving. I paid for a large bouquet based on the images provided on the website which were labelled as "medium". The bouquet that was sent was significantly smaller than the medium pictured online. On querying the clear error the customer services team confirmed a large bouquet was sent and they didn't acknowledge the incorrect imagery online. After a few calls, they eventually agreed that it was incorrect and resent a large bouquet - again a small one was received. I contacted the team to confirm the wrong bouquet was sent and they offered to send another one - I asked for a full refund which was refused quoting the quality of the flowers were good and therefore there was no case for a full refund under the Consumer Rights Act. This is not correct, you have a right to a full refund if the item delivered is not as described (i.e. smaller that the image of the bouquet online). I spent over 2 weeks dealing with the company to firstly deliver the item as described or secondly return my money. It was eventually resolved but ultimately I can't get a refund for the poor experience the recipient had in receiving a tiny bouquet for a special birtday (and having to stay at home twice to accept delivery). I will not use this company again and do not recommend the company.

Dreadful company. Have bought my wife flowers every year for her birthday. This year, her 60th, flowers arrived a day late, totally unacceptable in every way. Company said cannot take responsibility for delivery delays and offered £4 discount. Avoid at all costs
